Marmalade Tegroni

Most people know or have heard of the Negroni, however this is a fun spin off of the classic. Swap out the Gin and replace it with Tequila…and voilà you have a Tegroni!

Ingredients and Methods


INGREDIENTS


  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml Jimador Resposado Tequila
  • 30ml Contratta Rosso Vermouth
  • 1 bar spoon of house smoked marmalade (which is what we use, but any marmalade will work with this recipe)



Easy built up cocktail: just place the marmalade into a rocks glass.





Followed by the tequila, vermouth and Campari.





Top with ice and stir.





Serve with a garnish of orange or grapefruit peel.
